This soup at £5, made by chef Ross at the Sandy Park Inn is just what walkers are in need of as they pass by on the Two Moors Way. Here is their smaller dining room 'the snug' just off the bar which has a real fire. This is a child friendly pub which offers a high chair and cot for small guests. Gulliver the youngest member of the family came round with us as I took these photos. All rooms are just above the bar, so if you do bring tiddlers it's an easy nip up the stairs to baby check as you dine in the pub's very good restaurant.

Campers can enjoy the great outdoors either at a campsite with heaps of facilities or in a less organised setting at one of the smaller camping locations. Have you considered staying at a Devon Inn ?
