Drewsteignton. A picture postcard village on the Northern edge of the Moor, just a 5 minute drive through
country lanes off the A30 dual carriageway. This pretty village has a Post Office with groceries, a pub and a church
and is where you will find Castle Drogo, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. It is the last castle to be built in England and
is now owned by the National Trust. Down from the village is the staggeringly beautiful River Teign Valley you will find
the Fingle Bridge Inn in a most perfect riverside setting. This is wonderful walking country.
