Think about Yeverton and your mind takes you to a small roundabout between Tavistock and Plymouth, with a row of
rather nice Victorian villas placed to the North with their sunny faces forever watching the traffic going by.On the opposite side of the roundabout, on a sliproad, you will find a row of shops which seems to be the centre of the 'town'. Actually this is a good spot for walking the nearby Roborough Downs, and it is on the main bus route into Plymouth. There is a paperweight museum at Yelverton, and something I found fascinating is, that if you visit Yelverton on Google Earth satellite view, you can still see the now
grassy, layout of the runways from when it used to be an Air Force base during the war.

This B&B is THE PLACE to be when the rhododendrons and azaleas are in full colour as can be seen in these pictures.
