This family home full of books would be just the place to return after a busy day at the hot griddle!the bright and attractive kitchen at 44 North Street in Ashburton, where guests take breakfast.
With free access to WiFi so, easy to keep in touch with friends and family. Just a very short toddle to
the centre of the town where there's a good variety of shops, cafes and pubs.

This is the large comfy sitting room. There are books to hand on each floor and every room, and a selection of dvd's
and videos for guests. My one suggestion is that guests might need more than the one each pillows at present provided.
Other than that I would be very happy to spend a night or two at number 44. Adrian is the sort of guy who would be happy to let you read his paper and put your feet up with a pot of tea at the end of the day. Sally has attended
