Modern, light airy and very clean. These were my initial feelings about this second floor apartment in Bovey Tracey.

Then you can enter this sleeps 4 flat which has a spacious living room with well equipped kitchen off.

The main bedroom has 2 windows with a view towards town, a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

The other bedroom is a bunk room which is conveniently opposite the large main bathroom. (See below)

The whole of the flat is sparkly clean and thoughtfully equipped with the benefit of free secured Wifi access.

Towels and linen are included in the price. Bring extra towels for the very good swimming pool that is a short walk away.
Several pubs in the town, all offering food, along with several take away options, chemist, post office and banks etc.
Close to The Devon Guild of Craftsmen. Exeter and Newton Abbot racecourses both with 15 minutes drive.

Should you need to be on the level, there is a lift.
Parking is on site, and there is ample parking space close by should you have friends to visit.
