CHAGFORD SHOW VINTAGE SECTION      
Established in 1964 by Graham Ellis this part of Chagford Show is to facilitate the demonstration of static working engines which work water pumps, sheep shears, generators etc, also exhibition of vintage vehicles which include cars, tractors and motorcycles which are all, by definition over 25 years of age. Most but not all are driven to the showground from as far afield as Plymouth, Barnstaple and the South Hams, as well as locally.     The Arthur Coldridge Memorial Cup is awarded on alternate years for the oldest Tractor, oldest vehicle and the oldest working engine.
