All rooms are equipped with  colour t.v., refrigerator and  tea/coffee making facilities. We offer 2 doubles, each with  an en-suite shower room, and  one twin room with large  private bathroom which has  far reaching views and a  spacious corner bath.  The charming garden features a model railway which runs around a small rock garden amid miniature conifers and various ground cover plants.  Built to 16mm scale narrow gauge, it is predominantly steam operated on 0 gauge track and extends to almost 100 yards. We offer the perfect base  for touring Devon and  Cornwall. The Eden Project is an easy drive of about 45 - 50 minute   Ample off road parking. So sorry - but we cannot take pets.
