Saturday 20th February 2010. Cold start to the day, but then glorious sunshine.

off to Castle Drogo to take photos of guided tours around the roof.

only to find it cancelled due to slippery and dangerous roof surface.

Only from above could one really get the benefit of this interesting picture in the snow.

far reaching views towards the south west and Cawsand Beacon - which was hidden in the cloud..

This will be such a show in the Spring.... I hope we get to go again.

Not at all surprised that the Castle has problems with water ingress from the roof.
