Can you freeze clotted cream ? Yes you can.
Pop a fresh carton into the freezer as soon as you can, as it freezes very well.
To use: make sure that it is thoroughly defrosted with no ice bits in.
Then give it a thorough stir (don't beat or use an electric whisk or you will completely ruin it)
