Waysideford Barn is a 3 bedroom secluded and spacious, detached 'upside down' barn conversion. A peaceful, scenic location for both moor and coast. No children under 10 due to gallery and garden steps.
Moorhayes is a family owned property in the heart of Dartmoor National Park in a secluded, quiet location between Bowerman's Nose and Hound Tor. The Hemphouse has a delightful open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, fronted with beautiful windows looking out over the valley towards Brentor. Situated in a smallholding where Chris and Ruth have their own chickens, goats, horses and sheep and lead a very sustainable way of life. The Hemphouse has one single bedroom downstairs, with an en suite toilet and shower room. This room also contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the landing area is bookended by a double bedroom on one end, and a twin bedroom on the other. There is one upstairs bathroom with sink, toilet and bath. “These are basic, without frills, solid and worthy lets. The curtains may well be slightly faded, but the welcome from Ruth and Chris is completely genuine. They want you to share their way of life, get close to their much loved livestock, go out and discover Dartmoor for yourself. Stay here and you will have a taste of the Good Life"

Tavistock's most established hotel and well worth visiting for good food and accommodation. Generously sized bedrooms including some four posters choices, family rooms and pet friendly options. There's an easy to use 'check availability' feature on the hotel website but don't forget to ring and ask if they have any last minute deals - you could benefit from a late deal. Most impressive conference room now at the rear of the hotel and this hotel has a sensible car park for guests.
