Beautifully furnished with solid oak floors and under floor heating, all rooms have large Vi-Spring beds, soft goosedown duvets and pillows and luxurious soft furnishings. Being located in as remote a place as it is, great emphasis is placed on good food, although the pretentious 'gastro pub' description will not be heard here! The garden at the Nest is a 'must see'.

There are 14 bedrooms at the Cromwell Arms in the heart of Bovey Tracey. One of them is a family room that can sleep up to 6, and the thing that I like is that they offer this room as "ideal for a group of people who are on a budget and don't mind sharing." What a wonderful way of putting it! Many groups of walkers are on a budget, so it's right, this is a good option. Add to that the fact that the pub offers good food, a pub quiz every Tuesday AND THAT there is also a therapy room for aromatherapy massage, reflexology and Reiki natural healing, then this looks just the place for a few nights away doesn't it?
We are a “locals” pub, open from midday every day, best described as traditional without being old-fashioned. We specialise in Real Ale, and feature in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for 2017, but also offer a fine selection of local ciders, premium lagers & wines. Our accommodation features three charming double en-suite B&B rooms
